Where a task needs a browser or operating system, Agency is being designed to use isolated agent computers with bounded authority instead of silently taking over a personal workspace.
Keep a person in controlREVIEWABLE
Agency is intended to make approvals and takeover explicit. A human can review a proposed action, approve it, take control when needed, and require evidence after the action completes.
